Optimistic?

I got to take Alicia to her ballet/gymnastics class tonight, which only happens about once a month. Usually I work 6, which is when her class starts. I was a little encouraged watching her today. They did a jumping thing in ballet and she was actually one of the better ones... and one of the more controlled jumpers. I never expected her to be one of the more controlled ones! :) And she's doing pretty well in gymnastics. The others are still ahead of her, but she's improving. And that's really all I ask... well, and being able to walk across a room without hurting herself! :)
