First Day of Preschool

Today was Alicia's first day of preschool. After a complete meltdown last night, I was worried how today would go. But she woke up so excited! She picked out her own outfit and didn't fuss about having her hair brushed (a major event!). When we got to school she was a little timid at first, but quickly seemed just fine! While everyone was registering, the kids had some time to play. Alicia enjoyed all the balls in the gym.

When everyone was done with their paperwork, the kids went to storytime while the parents had a short meeting. As soon as Alicia heard that it was time to line up storytime, she headed right there and never looked back! I was so proud of her.

Now Alicia is looking forward to Show & Tell on Friday and trying to decide what she should take with her. What a sweetie!
